Sam Scorer Gallery, under the aegis of the Gallery Arts Trust, is available for use on an exclusive basis for art of a recognised high standard. Sam Scorer Gallery offers a unique opportunity to hold exhibitions and functions under the artist’s control.

Access to the Gallery is for everyone including disabled people and public parking is available within 50 meters.

For works of art, the entrance doors are 3 meters high x 2.5 meters wide (10ft x 8ft). The Gallery has a floor area of over 100 square meters with total display wall length of 40 metres; one third being 4 metres high and remainder 3 metres. Lighting is both natural and blackout, with flexible artificial light fittings. Temperature and humidity control, security CCTV coverage, and fire and alarm systems are installed.

In addition to these exhibition services, there is a small kitchen, lavatories, storage and office. The Gallery provides furniture, glasses and crockery.

Exhibiting artists are responsible for hanging and organisation of the internal gallery space, arranging invigilation, confirming a private view, mailing invitations and posters which are to be to their own design and expense. All calls made from the Gallery telephone will have to be paid for.

Artists interested in hiring Sam Scorer Gallery should make initial contact with the Secretary of the Gallery Arts Trust on 01522 529 124. Following this initial contact, artists will be required to supply a CV and pictorial evidence of their work. The final selection of artists will be confirmed by the Trustees of the Gallery Arts Trust.
